Its been a long time since my last entry on this blog.
Quite a bit has changed in the 3 months since my last entry.
I came out of bankruptcy on 11th April, which was a great relief, however there are going to be a difficult 6 years ahead, I am now going to have to save for everything that I need. The good thing about this is I no longer have wants, I can now go into HMV have a browse around without that urge to buy the latest movie.
I managed to land a temporary job on 19th May, after 5 months of unemployment, I thought it was never going to end. However this is not my ideal job, I am still having cursory glances at the jobs sections online and reading the many emails I receive from the job sites I have registered at over the past couple of years.
I am also selling my car because the costs of running a car are being a real financial burden that seems to be a monster that cannot be slayed very easily, this will also mean cancelling the car insurance, that will save me a bit more a month, as folks always say, “every little penny helps”.
I am also planning on taking a short break in Cornwall before the end of the year, finances permitting. I do gave a sort of plan formulated for when I do eventually get down there. I have always wanted to visit “The Eden Project” ever since it was built years ago, so that will be my first stop. If the weather is still extremely nice, I will sit outside soaking in the wonderful sea air.
By the end of my short break, my whole body should have been “re-set” and I can face life’s challenges with a renewed vigour.
I also have plans in the future to set up my own company, watch this space for further details.
My long term plan is to finally emigrate to Canada, Canada has held a fascination for me for years. I now must save my pennies to get there.
I know the winters can be very cold over there, but living in the good old UK, you kind of get used to the coldish weather.
That’s it for the moment, I have now downloaded 3 month’s worth of information from my brain and uploaded it to my blog to share with you all.
