… no it isn’t!!

Money is the root of all arguments, every couple or family you walk past in the street is always arguing about money. I had my mother leave me a message this morning and you can probably guess what the message was about.

I haven’t called her back yet, it will just end up in another argument.

Roll on the Star Trek utopian world where money is no longer the driving force of communities.

I have got so much stuff running riot in my head at the moment, I am going to have to write it down before I forget it all. I might just torture you all and form some of the thoughts into a blog post.

Japanese Formula 1 Grand Prix

Formula 1 stewards really leave me lost for words at times, they penalised Bourdais 25 seconds because he was on the racing line when he came out of the pits and Massa was trying to bully his way round the outside of him.

I am sure the stewards see a different race than rest of us. There is definitely a need for a chief steward that is an ex racing driver to over see the decisions at every grand prix and have a dedicated team of stewards under him. That way at least if they do intervene we can actually fathom out why they give certain penalties. The stewards in my opinion seem not to have a clue about racing.

Can we have race that is decided on track for a change please?

I’m not ferrari bashing for the sake of it, I didn’t see Hamilton’s incident properly with Raikonnen to form an opinion whether his drive through penalty was justified.

Just let the drivers do what they do best, just let them race!!

Crap Keyboards again…

Just bought another keyboard, this time from Tesco, I wish that I hadn’t bothered, half of the keys do not register on the first keypress, so I have to jab really hard on the keys and it makes an awful racket. I can see this keyboard lasting less than a week before I bash it with my fists or I decide to frisbee it out of the nearest open window. I can’t even afford a decent keyboard!!!

Saw V

I am sure that most of you are aware of the “Saw” franchise starring Tobin Bell as the “Jigsaw Killer“, I walked past my local cinema this morning and saw a poster for the latest instalment and what looks to be the last in the franchise.

I didn’t realise that there was going to be another one, I have only ever seen the first two and thought they were good.

I just hope that the rest of the franchise didn’t go downhill after the first two as most promising franchises do.

The Good and the Bad…

… No I haven’t forgotten the ugly, it is just not needed in this entry.

Last night my latest temporary assignment ended, so once again I am unemployed, now times are getting a little desperate as we now are approaching the upcoming festivities in December, so I finally got round to completing a job application form that I had been sitting on for over a week and posted it this afternoon.

On the way into town, I saw an awesome sight, it was awesome to me, seeing nature in its glory.

A pigeon flew past me, it was being attacked by what I thought was another pigeon, however upon close examination, it was being attacked by a sparrow hawk, which are known to kill and feed on other birds, if only I had my camera with me at the time.

I reckon the sparrow hawk didn’t have time to continue the attack as I believe I had accidentally scared it off.

Then on my way back out of town, I saw the bad, in the middle of where everyone was walking, I saw a dead pigeon on its back, with all of its feathers and skin missing, you could actually see its internal organs. I quickly moved on from that.

Fluffy Bunnies

Oooo look fluffy bunnies, must think more and more about fluffy bunnies, wash those dark and deep thoughts away as I drift into a world of make believe, oh hang on we already live in that world, well most of the inhabitants of Planet Earth live in a fantasy world.

A lot of people needing to wake up and smell the coffee with all that is going on at the moment, time to stop being in denial and face the harsh realities.

It’s October

If you hadn’t already guessed it is October and my keyboard space bar is really pissing me off, just what I don’t need to buy another useless keyboard where the keys wear off after just a few key presses. The so called good quality keyboards are useless as well.

I cannot really relax with a dodgy space bar on my keyboard.

The USB ones are utter crap as well.

I really need an interface that types by thought alone, would be far better and quicker for me.

Okay, time to let my mind calm down before, I play a new game toss the useless keyboard out of the window.

Less random stuff in the next post I promise, as soon as I get to grips with this POS USB keyboard I’ve had to switch to mid entry.

Got a job

Only for a few weeks though, better than nothing.

Back at the same company I left in August, less money because it’s a different department.

No luck at the library

I didn’t have much luck at the library. I must have been looking in the wrong section, will have to brush up on the Dewey Decimal System.

If there is anyone out there reading this blog can also give me some pointers to where I would find books on Witchcraft in the library, please let me know in the comments.

It feels like autumn now, the clouds have decided that they are too full and decided to empty themselves, not heavy though it’s that fine stuff that soaks you through (Peter Kay reference).

I have got my mother a birthday card and because it was raining decided to post it to her whilst I was out to save it getting totally soaked by the time I got home.
